I came home from a 9 day trip to my ac not working. I contacted Stan that same evening and he was able to come and quickly diagnose what was wrong. He was very polite and professional. The issue was an error on my part ( lack of maintenance ). He was patient in explaining to me what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Shortly after submitting my request for service, I received a message from Stan...it was 5:50 am on a Sunday! He called me a couple of hours afterwards to let me know he was on his way.
